Frequently Asked Questions

What is your commission rate?
It varies. Rates depend on the value and type of asset (e.g., a tractor vs. a box of books). We provide a clear quote upfront.
When do I get paid?
Promptly. We mail settlement checks with a detailed itemized list typically within 30 business days of the auction closing.
Can I set a minimum price?
Yes. This is called a "Reserve." For high-value items, we can agree on a minimum price to protect your investment.
Who pays for advertising?
We do. Standard marketing is included in our commission. For specialized premium items, we may discuss a custom marketing budget.
