Selling a vehicle privately can be dangerous and time-consuming. Whether it’s a personal consignment, a municipal fleet or a seized vehicle we ensure a fair market price.

We are a fully licensed and bonded auction company. We handle the Release of Liability and Title Transfer paperwork ensuring the vehicle is legally transferred out of your name.

Can the public buy, or just dealers?
Yes. Anyone can purchase a vehicle.
Does the vehicle need a Smog cert?
It depends. For private parties, a smog cert is usually required. For certain estate or wholesale transfers, rules vary. We will guide you.
Can I test drive the car?
No. For safety/insurance, we don't allow test drives, but we do allow engines to be started and inspected during preview days.
What fees are involved?
The state of California requires specific fees to legally transfer ownership of a vehicle. These fees are generally the responsibility of the Buyer.
Do you take non-running cars?
Yes. We sell "tow-aways" and project cars, and more.
